Join leading Australian soprano Leanne Kenneally, and emerging artists Caitlin Weal (soprano), and Alla Yarosh (mezzo soprano), accompanied by Francis Atkins (piano) as they perform works by two titans of romanticism.

 

Featured in this special performance is Mahler’s Kindertotenlieder which he wrote after a period of ill health that led to self-reflection of his mortality. Also on the programme are songs by Strauss including Allerseelen and Ständchen, culminating with the iconic trio from the composer’s opera, Der Rosenkavalier.
